Keeping your child's information safe
This is the part I am strictest about. The safest data is the data I never collect, so the list below is deliberately short.
No account for your child
The parent signs in with their own Google account. Children under 13 do not get logins, so there is nothing for a child to lose or share.
What I hold, in full
Your name, email and phone, your child's first name and year group, and my session notes. No surname, no date of birth, no home address on file.
No child faces, no video
By default I record the whiteboard and my voice only, and only if you have said yes in writing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
UK or EU storage, then deleted
Anything saved is stored in the UK or EU, shared by a revocable link with your family alone, and deleted after 12 months or when tutoring ends.
